1 You can join online now. We use secure SSL transfer to ensure that your details are safe & secure. You can be up and running in no time at all, very important when you start contracting.

Alternatively, you can request a welcome pack and register by post.

2 Send us your P45.
(if you do not have one, we will issue you with a P46 or download Here

3 Send us proof of identification such as a copy of a passport or driving license & birth certificate.

(This is required under the immigration regulations to prove you are legally entitled to work in the U.K.)

What happens then?

Once your application is received, we will contact your agency/ client to inform them that you are using our services, exchange details and request a contract to be drawn up from them, a copy of which will be sent to you to sign.

Once we receive all required documents, you will be set up on our system and can start to submit your timesheets.

What to do with your timesheet?

Once you have your hours signed off by your agency or end client, simply upload a copy via your contractor hub or fax, post or e‐mail it to us, the choice is yours. You need to complete our expense form if claiming allowable expenses. These can be found in our contractor hub.

If claiming mileage, this can be faxed over as no receipts are required. If claiming expenses that require receipts, we will need the original receipts plus the expense form, sent in the post.
